Gossip:
Police finally decided that Britney Spears may not be as crazy as people live to see, and have started arrested dozens of defiant papparazzi, who camp outside her home.
Now, police have decided that Britney should stay home, as she, Paris HIlton and Lindsey Lohan should take responsibility for our hunger for train wrecks and not 'traipse all over town".

Britney...not crazy?
Pray tell...when did her Sanity return?
Was it when....
1) Monsieur Federline's $25, 000 Las Vagas "Pub Tab"
arrived and she had to pay it? :-(
2) Daddy put a hold on all her Millions and gave her only $20.00 a week? :-(
3) She realized her 'Photog Pool Boy' was P.U. ...stinky?
4) She thot she'd be more attractive to Kid Rock if she was...
...a bald 'SANE' Party Girl ...stead of a bald 'IN-SANE' Party Girl?
5) She got Pneumonia ( a-a-a-Choo!) ..running around, wearing no undies?
6) She got bored of over-dosing and then, riding around in that silly ambulance?
Ho-hum! ..Yawn!
7) She found out ..the Psycho Ward wasn't all..it was cracked up to be?

Mon, May 5, 2008 - 7:06 AMBrittany is no different from any young girl who has grown up too soon. The difference being that she has wealth, fame and a bunch of lame people around her . That isn't uncommon for people like her.
Frankly, my heart goes out to her. There is a lot more going on with her than the public is willing to see. I just hope that she can get her footing and get her life on target. She may be rich and famous but she is still a young woman who emotional needs aren't being met.
What ya think The? -

Re: The New Golden Calf
Mon, May 5, 2008 - 7:23 AMWell, with Britney, Lindsay and to some extent, Madonna, we are seeing the ups and downs of the USA.
Pure socialism is a nice ideal, but in actuality, perhaps with this, or if ever, heaven forbid, an abolishment of the 2nd Amendment (or even total nuclear disarmament), we would have to transend to a new level of trust, that no one is 'pulling strings'.
Capitalism can appear 'ugly', when we see what the sensationalized portion of the news wants to call 'a train wreck', concerning Ms. Spears.
In actuality, we appear to the world as a country that puts celebrities (popular, not always hyper talented) on a pedestal, only to shrill with glee when they suffer a character and career destroying embarrassment.
The actuality is, that with a free open marketplace, that even a corrupt or stagnant system, can always get 'a shot in the arm', when a good product, new idea or industrious and/or ambitious individual or group enters the scene.
A real concern for us and the more affluent segments of the world, is why isn't food being distributed more effectively? This makes the wealthier look bad when gourmet food, not the least of which, all food, is thrown away.
Are people who can do something protesting, in bad moods, sinister, do they not know a way, are they having trouble staying in business or is there a pleathora of excuses and roadblocks?
The real saver of humanity, in my humble, and maybe fleeting opinion, will be the business person who can work out the financial logistics of this, and even a new energy source(s) which can be regulated and in cooperation with competition, such as OPEC.
Thanks Brenda!
